Terms of use.

Terms governing the use of the Crescent Quality Certifications website and the consultancy services we offer. Last updated May 2026.

1. Acceptance

These terms govern your access to and use of the website at https://www.crescentqualitycertification.com (the "Site"), operated by Crescent Quality Certification Pvt Ltd (referred to as "Crescent", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Services

Crescent is an independent consultancy. We prepare management systems for certification. We are not a certification body — we do not issue certificates ourselves; accredited third-party certification bodies do. References on the Site to standards, certifications, accreditations, or issuing bodies are descriptive and do not imply endorsement unless explicitly stated in a written engagement.

3. Website content

Content on the Site is provided for general information and does not constitute professional advice. ISO standards, regulatory regimes, and certification scheme rules change, and our interpretation of them evolves with them. Before acting on anything you read on the Site, please verify against the source document or take professional advice.

4. Intellectual property

All text, graphics, layouts, photographs (other than those explicitly attributed to third parties), and code on the Site are the intellectual property of Crescent or its licensors. You may view and print material for personal or internal business use; any other use — including redistribution, republication, or use in training or derivative work — requires prior written permission.

5. Use restrictions

You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, that infringes the rights of others, that interferes with the operation of the Site (including probing, scanning, or attempting to breach security), or that is intended to harvest personal information from the Site for marketing or any other unauthorised purpose.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites for reference. Crescent has no control over these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.

7. Contact form submissions

When you submit an enquiry through the Site, you consent to our processing the information submitted in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We will use the information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to follow up with related business communications until you indicate otherwise.

8. Engagement terms

If you engage Crescent for consultancy services, a separate written engagement letter will govern that engagement. Nothing on the Site, including references to timelines, scope, or investment ranges, constitutes a binding offer or commitment. Services are delivered on the terms of the engagement letter, subject to these terms where they apply.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the content on the Site. Crescent is not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on the Site's content. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crescent's aggregate liability in connection with the Site (excluding liability under an engagement letter, which is governed by that letter) is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business, or data.

11. Confidentiality

Information you voluntarily share with us in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and is used only for the purpose of the engagement. Our confidentiality obligations continue after the engagement ends, subject to applicable legal requirements.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Vadodara have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site or these terms.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

14. Contact
